We offer both private as well as small group sessions through our personalized services.
Cornerstone Pilates classes are all conducted within an hour and we offer workouts for all levels. Please check the classes link (right) for specific class descriptions.
As we are certifying studio -- clients are offered preferential rates training by our Apprentices. These Apprentices are working through a highly coveted on-the-job curriculum and are working towards completion of their certification. For privates and duets bookings only. Waiting list may apply.
In addition, this also means that you can begin your pilates career through the certification courses we offer regularly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you try your best to keep your appointment and honor the booking system with our 24 hours notice for cancellation and amendment. Please note that any cancellations or amendments to a Monday class must be made on Saturday as we are closed on Sunday.
In the case of Typhoon 8/Black Rainstorm Warning:
If the signal is dropped 10pm the day before all classes will resume as scheduled.
If the signal is dropped before 9am all classes scheduled from 1pm onward will resume.
If the signal is dropped before 2pm all classes scheduled from 5pm onward will resume.
